Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please read carefully before placing your order.
Because all of our products are made to order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances other than if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are final.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at brvano22@gmail.com.

To process a replacement or refund, you are required to provide:

  1. Clear photos of the item in its original packaging,

  2. A photo of the defect or issue, and

  3. Your order number or proof of purchase.

Claims submitted without photos of the product in its original packaging will not be accepted. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection

  • Orders delayed by shipping carriers

  • Any product not in its original condition or without photo proof

  • Gift cards or sale items

Any items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
